High-strength mill is one of the products of Raymond mill series. High-strength mill is suitable for grinding barite, limestone, ceramics, slag and other non-flammable and explosive mineral, metallurgical, chemical and building materials with Mohs hardness less than 9.3 and humidity less than 6%. The size of finished products is adjusted in the range of 80-425 meshes.
High-strength grinding adopts three-dimensional structure, which covers a small area and has a strong set. It is a production system independently from bulk material to finished powder.
The fineness of the finished powder is uniform and the pass-through screening rate is 99%, which is difficult for other grinding equipment. The electric system adopts centralized control, the mill can basically achieve unattended operation, and maintenance is convenient.
Important parts are made of high-quality steel, wear-resistant parts are made of high-performance wear-resistant materials. The machine has high wear-resistant performance. The transmission device adopts sealed gearbox and pulley, which ensures smooth transmission and reliable operation.
