The vibration feeder produced by our company should be installed horizontally in order to ensure uniform and stable feeding and prevent material from flowing. If the general material is continuously fed, it can be installed at 10 degrees downward. For viscous materials and materials with high moisture content, the installation can be tilted down by 15 degrees.
There are many wear-resisting parts, which can prevent wear-resisting parts from being worn by small materials and separate them out to increase production.
Special grid design, adjustable clearance, can prevent material clogging. Frequency conversion motor can be installed to adjust the frequency, so as to change the output, facilitate the control of feeding, without frequent start of the motor.
